    I’ve recently started training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and one thing I noticed was how quickly I’d burn out halfway through a session. A friend recommended focusing on hydration, not just with water, but with proper minerals. That’s when I began reading about how electrolytes help during Jiu-Jitsu by keeping muscle function sharp and preventing cramps. Ever since I started using a good electrolyte mix pre-training, my endurance and recovery have noticeably improved. Anyone else here experienced a similar boost?
